Hi everyone,
I’ve just found an article in the Independent newspaper titled ‘GCSE results day: Major exam reforms have ‘ratcheted up pressure’ on stressed teenagers’.
Worth having a read: https://www.independent.co.uk/news/education/education-news/gcse-results-day-2018-exam-reforms-numerical-grades-student-mental-health-a8498106.html
It’s one of the press articles that clearly explains how damaging exam pressure and workload is to young people’s and students’ mental health. Which is why it is useful for understanding how exams (as a factor of the stress in studying) operate, and how they must be fought. How are you learning if your head hurts?!!
Please please share and leave a comment and we will have a discussion about how to fight this stress.
